⚠︎ Please read these terms thoroughly before making a commission request. Failure to abide/acknowledge these will risk your commission to be cancelled and yourself to be blacklisted from all future services. ⚠︎✔ I will draw:
▸ Anthros
▸ Ferals/Quadrupeds
▸ Mecha
▸ Gore✘ I will not draw:
▸ Humans
▸ NSFW (Suggestive/Sexual content, Nudity, Fetishes... Etc.)

General:
✦ I won't do refunds, no matter the reasons. My time & efforts are not disposable, and I currently can't allow myself to be flexible with this matter.
✦ Commercial rights are not included with the final product(s). This means that you will not be allowed to advertise with and/or mass produce my art with the purposes of making profit/revenue.
⤷ In order to acquire permanent commercial rights for the requested product, be it to use if for merch, prints, adverticement, etc. you must pay an extra 150% of the original price.
✦ In order to commission me you must be +18 years old, meaning that you must use your own accounts for payment.
⤷ For Chileans only: Si eres un menor de edad pero posees tu propia cuenta rut tutelada, eres libre de pedirme una comisión sin restricciones.
✦ Once a request has been paid, the commission cannot be cancelled.
✦ I will only accept commission requests of characters that you personally own or have the authorization to use.

✦ My commission process can be divided into three stages:
➝ 1st: Linework update & corrections
⤷ I confirm the details of the commission and send the "sketch" for approval. I will only accept a maximum of 3 major corrections
(Pose/Expression changes).
➝ 2nd: Coloring updates & corrections
⤷ I will send a few updates/questions checking that everything looks alright and follows the reference(s) correctly. I will not accept major corrections.
➝ 3rd: Final rendering/Details (if applicable)
⤷ I will send the last updates showing the details and asking for approval, upon completion the customer will be asked if one last correction is needed. Only one major rendering correction will be accepted (Lighting/Shading scenario).
⤷ Customers can choose to receive the product via Email, messages or ToyHouse.

Payment:
✦ Complete payment is requested after the 1st stage of the process.
⤷ If not delivered on time the commission will be paused until payment is received.
✦ I won't accept payment plans or partial payment.
✦ Payment can be done via Ko-fi or PayPal.
⤷ For Chileans only: Acepto transferencias directas a mi cuenta rut, con un 15% de descuento del precio total.

Terms of Ownership

⚠︎ If you currently own or are looking to acquire one of my character designs, please read these terms. Failure to abide/acknowledge these will risk yourself to be blacklisted from all future services. ⚠︎

General:
✦ Commercial rights by definition are partially included in every design. This means that you will be allowed to advertise with my design with the purposes of making profit/revenue [Content rights], but you will not be able to use it for mass productions for physical products [Merchandising rights].
✦ All my designs can be redesigned for minor changes without authorization.
✦ Don't try to acquire my designs just to use it as a trading fodder.
⤷ Trading fodder: Aquiring one of my designs with the only purpose of swapping it for something more valuable in the future, meaning that there where no intentions of truly using the character.
✦ All my designs cannot be imposed to new rules, no matter if you are the new owner.
✦ All my design's monetary worth cannot be removed in any way, nor redefined by trades. Monetary worth should be stackable and permanent.

Ownership:
The design may be redesigned if needed in the eventuality.
✦ When transferring the design, for any given reason, to another person, you will transfer both personal and partial commercial rights.
✦ Designs originally obtained via sale/custom can be freely gifted, traded or re-sold for their base value. They do not lose their monetary value no matter the situation.
⤷ To re-sell a design for more that it's base value, it must have added worth, be it with commissioned art or crafts.
✦ Designs originally obtained via trade/raffle can be freely gifted or traded away, but cannot be sold for real currency unless their total monetary value is at least $50.
✦ A design's monetary worth shall never be reduced or swapped by another, it is permanent and it can increase with time.
✦ Transferring a design to someone inside my blacklist will also risk yourself to be blacklisted.
